Guido Mannuels short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Luciano Manuelo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of la naranja mecanica booed when YO CONFIO EN TI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Valiente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tanek Lampe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roque Ibar went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Guido Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestino Pirmin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Celestino Pirmin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luciano Manuelo, 1-1. Guido Mannuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to la naranja mecanica getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Roque Ibar hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Bruno Papo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Primitivo Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Rudolfo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Papo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Papo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of YO CONFIO EN TI booed when la naranja mecanica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Papo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tanek Lampe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melquiades Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute la naranja mecanica were awarded a corner. Esteve Ganix went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed Melquiades Urdaspal to score against Tanek Lampe in YO CONFIO EN TI's goal. 1-2 after 47 minutes. The YO CONFIO EN TI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. la naranja mecanica were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celestino Pirmin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in la naranja mecanica's zone, Primitivo Rudolfo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luciano Manuelo came out of the goal and Primitivo Rudolfo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Elequemedo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Jordi Cruijff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luciano Manuelo. la naranja mecanica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jordi Cruijff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Tanek Lampe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roque Ibar in the 69th minute. Ladislao Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Manuelo having to interfere. 73 minutes into the game, YO CONFIO EN TI's Celestino Pirmin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luciano Manuelo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Ladislao Gonzo might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Manuelo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Gonzo ran back to his position shaking his head. The YO CONFIO EN TI fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when YO CONFIO EN TI's Primitivo Rudolfo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Primitivo Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Luciano Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Manuelo came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by YO CONFIO EN TI's Guido Mannuel. But to his dismay, Guido Mannuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Celestino Pirmin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luciano Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Manuelo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Rudolfo's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
