Marcelo Cai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of AULA GALENA booed when Paternal AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Oliverios didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Paternal AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Cai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Mino. Fulgencio Baristo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Felipe Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Goito's late challenge caught a Paternal AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Goito helped the player get up and apologised. Paternal AFC's Fulgencio Baristo got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 27 minutes of play AULA GALENA's Edgardo Goito was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Edgardo Goito kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Nicanor Ferdinand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Felipe Belarmo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felipe Belarmo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Felipe Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Baristo in the 39th minute of play. Teofilo Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Hurko to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Inocencio Hurko could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Felipe Belarmo however easily saved by the left post. Cleto Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AULA GALENA's Jeremias Luken got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fulgencio Baristo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Belarmo made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Inocencio Hurko sent off a good shot on target. Felipe Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Baristo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Hurko let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 89th minute shot 1-3 at rihgt post. In the 96th minute, Inocencio Hurko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paternal AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5.
