After a rather tough play, Fiambalá AFC's Apolo Tabby got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After 7 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Salomone. Fiambalá AFC's attentive Zula Siekierski managed to snatch the ball when Nunez Javiar made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. If German Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fiambalá AFC's zone, German Urbasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Inko came out of the goal and German Urbasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodoro Canor got free with Cornelio Bingen in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rd minute, Hernan Malvin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Canor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cornelio Bingen was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Cornelio Bingen was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Amadeo Tohias capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amadeo Tohias really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 30th minute German Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Inko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Teodoro Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Tohias came free, but Cornelio Bingen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fiambalá AFC's zone, Dante Unai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Inko came out of the goal and Dante Unai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodoro Canors short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Cornelio Bingen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Fiambalá AFC's Teodoro Canor in 42 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Cornelio Bingen guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jorge Salomone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Inko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Urbasa in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for German Urbasa to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Independiente's German Urbasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Inko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Unai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Claudio Inko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Alfons Petřík hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teodoro Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fiambalá AFC's Claudio Inko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Fiambalá AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 68th match minute, Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Unai to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Ishmael hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Leonardo Gora managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fiambalá AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Gora was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cornelio Bingen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Marciano Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 81 played minutes Fiambalá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Ieltxu. Fiambalá AFC's Claudio Inko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Fiambalá AFC from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fiambalá AFC fully deserved thier win.
