Spectators: 6700 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 50) Churriaca AFC's Daniel Mitxel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Churriaca AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Domingo Sedeni hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Chan Oliveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los Piskuy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marcial Gorbea came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Piskuy's Elias Gaizko. But to his dismay, Elias Gaizko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Maximino Mikelar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Piskuy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Churriaca AFC the free kick. Maximino Mikelar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Edgard Jerrald was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 24 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Los Piskuy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! Domingo Sedeni shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 28 minutes, Isidro Meder mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Piskuy and the Churriaca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Gaizko scored 0-3 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcial Gorbea, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Los Piskuy's Conrado Olo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 44 minutes into the match, Los Piskuy's goalkeeper Cristian Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosme Llorenc. In the 49th minute Daniel Mitxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Olo to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Llorenc, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Elias Gaizko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcial Gorbea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, Churriaca AFC's Cosme Llorenc made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 63rd minute, Isidro Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute of the match Domingo Sedeni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Marques skillfully saved the ball. In the 68th minute, Los Piskuy's Conrado Olo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcial Gorbea. Marcial Gorbea yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Daniel Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cristian Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Daniel Mitxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Churriaca AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Mitxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 76 minutes of play, Los Piskuy's Conrado Olo made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcial Gorbea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Churriaca AFC were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Los Piskuy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Domingo Sedeni took the corner. The corner ended in Domingo Sedeni almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Piskuy's Cristian Marques did a great save. If Elias Gaizko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Conrado Olo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Los Piskuy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Conrado Olo couldn't finish the play. In the 91st minute Elias Gaizko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Gorbea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Gorbea having to interfere. The Los Piskuy supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los Piskuy would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
