Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucio Quico kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Fermin Louis notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ailen Fc's Guaberto Giro. Guaberto Giro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Club Atlético River Plate defense, Primitivo Eufrasio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Peruxu. The Club Atlético River Plate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Peruxu should have stopped the shot. Fermin Louis scored 2-1 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guaberto Giro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Ailen Fc's Guaberto Giro got control of the ball when Gaston Fresco tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ailen Fc's Geronimo Eriz got a free kick in the 19th minute. Primitivo Eufrasio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. David Peruxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ailen Fc's Guaberto Giro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ailen Fc from getting a goal against them. Guaberto Giro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fermin Louis in the 34th minute. Guaberto Giro was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Fermin Louis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fermin Louis really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. A collision led to Club Atlético River Plate getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Gaston Fresco hit a great ball. In the 40th match minute, Ailen Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Maurin to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Lucio Quico put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Guaberto Giro. Guaberto Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Quico in the 47th minute of play. When Geronimo Eriz fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ailen Fc's protests and gave Geronimo Eriz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th minute, Geronimo Eriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Primitivo Eufrasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Manuel Benet came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Ailen Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Benet couldn't finish the play. Manuel Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Peruxu having to interfere. Fermin Louis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guaberto Giro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Quico in the 68th minute of play. Fermin Louis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Guaberto Giro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Louis went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Guaberto Giro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes Club Atlético River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Lucio Quico. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Fermin Louis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético River Plate's supporters rose to their feet, but Fermin Louis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guaberto Giro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lucio Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, David Peruxu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 83 minutes into the game, Luisito Faro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético River Plate's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ailen Fc the free kick. Through an outstanding action, after 84 minutes, David Peruxu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eriberto Dei hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. David Peruxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primitivo Eufrasio in the 86th minute of the match. Guaberto Giro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fermin Louis in the 88th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Lucio Quico had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guaberto Giro. Ailen Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucio Quico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Club Atlético River Plate walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
