Gaudencio Benino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Dorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İbrahim Ethem Urandu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Lamberto having to interfere. After 33 played minutes CA RIVER PLATE got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Peruanton. When Epifanio Peruanton came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the CA RIVER PLATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Peruanton couldn't finish the play. Gaudencio Benino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Dorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pablo Egoi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Gaudencio Benino came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by CA RIVER PLATE's Leopoldo Txatxu. But to his dismay, Leopoldo Txatxu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Dorio to strike the kick off in the second half. Leopoldo Txatxu took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaudencio Benino. Gaudencio Benino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gaudencio Benino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Dorio in the 55th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Niupi's Gaudencio Benino got control of the ball when Leopoldo Txatxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Guillermo Romildo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gaudencio Benino, 0-3. If Leopoldo Txatxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaudencio Benino was a little too slow when Guillermo Romildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-4. FC Niupi's Gonzalo Procopio was substituted for Ciro Cordarius. FC Niupi's Gaudencio Benino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC Niupi from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the game, İbrahim Ethem Urandu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Rodolfo Lamberto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leopoldo Txatxu got free with Gaudencio Benino in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Epifanio Peruanton hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Leopoldo Txatxu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Benino made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CA RIVER PLATE walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
