In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sunchal FC's goalkeeper Fabio Salbatore, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casimiro Lidon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabio Salbatore came out and tried to block the shot, but Casimiro Lidon slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Sunchal FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teobaldo Arixo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Teobaldo Arixo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Recreo's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Arixo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Salbatore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teobaldo Arixo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fabio Salbatore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Recreo's Casimiro Lidon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 32nd play minute Teobaldo Arixo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fabio Salbatore. 3-0. Narciso Garaona charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Garaona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The goalkeeper, Fabio Salbatore, was totally fooled by Recreo's Teobaldo Arixo, who 39 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Teobaldo Arixo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Fabio Salbatore when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 45 played minutes Sunchal FC got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Garaona.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Arixo made the kick off in the second half. Fabio Salbatore came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Recreo's Elpidio Misael. But to his dismay, Elpidio Misael quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. A collision led to Sunchal FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Cristian Luix hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Casimiro Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Salbatore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Elpidio Misael got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Arixo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Fabio Salbatore was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Lidon in the 85th minute of play forced Sunchal FC's goalkeeper Fabio Salbatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabio Salbatore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Lidon in the 87th minute of play. Sunchal FC's Fabio Salbatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Arixo in the 88th minute of play. When Casimiro Lidon came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Recreo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Lidon couldn't finish the play.
