Filomeno Arlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Mendez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Iker Gonzales's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Filomeno Arlo was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Mendez got free with Filomeno Arlo in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute of the match Gancedo got a corner. La Pantufla de Bertha's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Victor Lluterio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Gancedo's Victor Lluterio to fire away a dangerous shot which Filomeno Arlo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. La Pantufla de Bertha's Filomeno Arlo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save La Pantufla de Bertha from getting a goal against them. Amado Tabor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Filomeno Arlo made a huge save. Gancedo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
