In the 27thth minute of the game Maximiliano Henry who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS GARCAS FC's Mauro Distiratsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Henry in the 33rd minute of play forced LOS GARCAS FC's goalkeeper Mauro Distiratsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute Aureliano Victoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Chus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maximiliano Henry to make the kick off.
