Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 140) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gaspar Lorencio kicked off to start the match. Marcelo Pinto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the game, Los Galacticos's Uriel Fernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amador Ganix made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Amador Ganix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Lorencio in the 19th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Marcos Guerau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Galacticos's Marcelo Pinto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Los Galacticos's Marcelo Pinto got control of the ball when Marcos Guerau tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amador Ganix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Fernandez in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Galacticos's goalkeeper Marcelo Pinto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 29 minutes, Javier Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Savion during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Palmita FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Savion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Guerau in the 40th minute of play forced Los Galacticos's goalkeeper Marcelo Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Javier Ereinotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Ereinotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 minutes of play, Los Galacticos's Timoteo Alonso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Ganix was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Guerau to strike the kick off in the second half. Amador Ganix showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaspar Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Javier Ereinotz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Pinto. Los Galacticos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Ereinotz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 59 minutes of play Palmita FC's Baltasar Savion was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Baltasar Savion hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 61st minute, Froilan Peio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Palmita FC's Amador Ganix didn't even have to move. After 63 played minutes Palmita FC got a freekick which was hit by Javier Ereinotz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Lorencio in the 67th minute of play forced Palmita FC's goalkeeper Amador Ganix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Pinto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Guerau's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Marcelo Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Guerau in the 75th minute of the match. Palmita FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gaspar Lorencio 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. 87 minutes into the game, Palmita FC's Marcos Guerau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Pinto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Uriel Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Amador Ganix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Uriel Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Palmita FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
