Spectators: 6628 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1628, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Osvaldo Lizar got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Albarellos AFC's Osvaldo Lizar got a free kick in the 6th minute. Freddy Ubarna charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Ubarna the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Freddy Ubarna kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Julian Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the match, Los Angeles Galaxy's Candido Cesario broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Osvaldo Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albarellos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Lizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faustino Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Dario Gonza in the 20th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Albarellos AFC's Elpidio Peli. Faustino Lopez didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 23rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 26th match minute, Los Angeles Galaxy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Abastas to maneuver through the defense. In the 29thth minute of the game Elpidio Peli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Angeles Galaxy's Faustino Lopez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Candido Cesario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Angeles Galaxy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Cesario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Osvaldo Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Faustino Lopez made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Casimiro Fidele sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Candido Cesario was the one to do the kick off. Los Angeles Galaxy's Faustino Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Fidele in the 56th minute of play. Osvaldo Lizar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Oinaz made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Candido Cesario sent off a good shot on target. Dario Gonza's late challenge caught a Albarellos AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Gonza helped the player get up and apologised. After 61 played minutes Los Angeles Galaxy got a freekick which was hit by Dario Gonza. If Osvaldo Lizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Peli's late challenge caught a Los Angeles Galaxy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elpidio Peli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Angeles Galaxy booed when Albarellos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roque Crispo charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roque Crispo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roque Crispo hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Los Angeles Galaxy's Tiburcio Cordeal got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute of the match Hipolito Mendebal sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Faustino Lopez skillfully saved the ball. Osvaldo Lizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Lopez having to interfere. When Osvaldo Lizar came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Albarellos AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Lizar couldn't finish the play. Albarellos AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
