TENARIS SIDERCA's Jimeno Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Soin in the 5th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LoS CaRaSuCias's Gustav Hägglund got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Emiliano Hanni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TENARIS SIDERCA and the LoS CaRaSuCias players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emiliano Hanni kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Lucio Aimar scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Valente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the LoS CaRaSuCias defense, Gustavo Maju kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dragoş Ştirbu. The LoS CaRaSuCias fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dragoş Ştirbu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Soin in the 19th minute of play forced TENARIS SIDERCA's goalkeeper Jimeno Valente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Renato Carnicero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TENARIS SIDERCA's Jimeno Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Aimar in the 26th minute of play. When Lucio Aimar, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 28 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Jimeno Valente was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Lucio Aimar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimeno Valente was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Jimeno Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Soin in the 36th minute of the match. Amancio Gilesindo scored 1-3 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Valente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jimeno Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Bartoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Dragoş Ştirbu made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Gustavo Maju sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adriana Fidensio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Siro Quilino made a precise shot to the right of Dragoş Ştirbu. LoS CaRaSuCias's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 86th minute, Lucio Aimar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jimeno Valente. The goal made the score 2-6. Jimeno Valente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Bartoli in the 90th minute. Jimeno Valente was a little too slow when Baltasar Soin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 97th minute. The score was now 2-7. LoS CaRaSuCias's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
