Sprite Team FC's Pedro Urdin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Aimar in the 11th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidoro Dimo in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfredo Santo saved boquita from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Sprite Team FC's Alfredo Santo threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isidoro Dimo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 31 played minutes boquita got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Silvanito. Isidoro Dimo scored 1-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Santo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Santo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sprite Team FC's Isidoro Dimo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Alfredo Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Dimo in the 44th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Dimo was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Isidoro Dimo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Javier Ricart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Ricart got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 58th match minute, Sprite Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Ricart to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Sprite Team FC's zone, Ignacio Aimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Urdin came out of the goal and Ignacio Aimar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. boquita's Ignacio Aimar got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Adolfo Silvanito in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sprite Team FC's Joaquin Dino. 71 minutes into the game, boquita's Ignacio Aimar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Urdin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Pedro Urdin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Benvide in the 74th minute of play. With his leg Pedro Urdin managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when boquita's Ignacio Aimar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ignacio Aimar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Urdin having to interfere. In the 82nd match minute, Sprite Team FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Dimo to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Urdin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Benvide, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ignacio Aimar got free with Pedro Urdin in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anier Vachon hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Isidoro Dimo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfredo Santo. Alfredo Santo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sprite Team FC had won after a very even match.
