The audience was convinced that Lino Eliazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro Peru was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, New Charles Daniel's goalkeeper Benjamin Iaki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedicto Txilar. After 16 minutes, Lino Eliazar made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Bribones's Alejandro Peru tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lino Eliazar might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Peru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Eliazar ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, New Charles Daniel's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Etor came free, but Benjamin Iaki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Benedicto Txilar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benjamin Iaki. Benedicto Txilar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 30 minutes, Nicanor Truylos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Bribones and the New Charles Daniel players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nicanor Truylos kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 39th match minute, New Charles Daniel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Gomesano to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anselmo Lucian to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Gregorio Harriet made a precise shot to the right of Benjamin Iaki. New Charles Daniel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Eliazar in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Peru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes New Charles Daniel got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Orlanda. In the 68th minute, Americo Pedroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Eliazar in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Peru saved Club Atlético Bribones from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Harriet in the 77th minute of play forced New Charles Daniel's goalkeeper Benjamin Iaki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Club Atlético Bribones's Alejandro Peru got control of the ball when Lino Eliazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 96 minutes into the game, Anselmo Lucian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Bribones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Charles Daniel the free kick. A collision led to Club Atlético Bribones getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Anselmo Lucian hit a great ball. New Charles Daniel's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
