After some careless play in the Locura y Realidad defense, Anacleto Santio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anacleto Ellande. The Locura y Realidad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anacleto Ellande should have stopped the shot. Locura y Realidad's Anacleto Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anier Ferman in the 14th minute of play. Natalio Fortun struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Hector Rios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locura y Realidad. Natalio Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Rios having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Natalio Fortun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Rios. Asociacion Rengos Unidos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Fortun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Natalio Fortun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Hector Rios made a huge save. Mateo Bertol kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute of the match, Prospero Florinio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hector Rios was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gustavo Seguinus succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 5-1 in the 38th playminute. Asociacion Rengos Unidos's Hector Rios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Asociacion Rengos Unidos from getting a goal against them. Juan Felipo's late challenge caught a Locura y Realidad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Felipo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Locura y Realidad booed when Asociacion Rengos Unidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Felipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Natalio Fortun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locura y Realidad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Fortun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mateo Bertol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anier Ferman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Locura y Realidad's Natalio Fortun got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hector Rios took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Fortun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Juan Felipo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. Natalio Fortun struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Hector Rios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locura y Realidad. With a left leg Hector Rios saved Asociacion Rengos Unidos from getting behind. Mateo Bertol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hector Rios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Fortun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute, Anacleto Santio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Anacleto Ellande, passed just outside the right post. 87 minutes into the match, Locura y Realidad's Natalio Fortun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hector Rios narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Natalio Fortun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hector Rios was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Natalio Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Jonas Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Anacleto Santio fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asociacion Rengos Unidos's protests and gave Anacleto Santio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Asociacion Rengos Unidos's Anacleto Santio got a free kick in the 93rd minute. When Locura y Realidad's Natalio Fortun in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Asociacion Rengos Unidos's goalie prevented a goal. There was no doubt that Locura y Realidad were the better team. Locura y Realidad's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
