In the 6th minute, Federico Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Melquiades Dabi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Igor Vergaray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Buinton in the 9th minute of the match. Siambón FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Silvestre Buinton 17 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 22ndth minute of the game Silvestre Buinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Siambón FC's Igor Vergaray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvestre Buinton might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Vergaray. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvestre Buinton ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th minute, Marciano Tulio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 minutes, Marciano Tulio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Siambón FC and the Paragüil players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Tulio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Benedicto Jobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Siambón FC's Eusebio Bakar got a free kick in the 35th minute. Federico Jurdan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Igor Vergaray skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Federico Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Vergaray made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Buinton in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvestre Buinton to make the kick off. Igor Vergaray took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Jurdan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paragüil's Camilo Gergori pulled a muscle in his back after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 54 minutes into the game, Leonardo Chano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siambón FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paragüil the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paragüil's Benedicto Jobo got a free kick in the 66th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Paragüil's zone, Freddy Tirso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Frichoso came out of the goal and Freddy Tirso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 70th minute, Federico Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Jurdan in the 73rd minute of play forced Siambón FC's goalkeeper Igor Vergaray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Jurdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Vergaray having to interfere. After having played for 78 minutes, Marciano Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paragüil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Bembe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Siambón FC's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Jurdan came free, but Igor Vergaray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Marciano Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
