In the 13th minute, Ramiro Aresti made a precise shot to the right of Marcelino Gagriel. Sarasa AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marciano Enol kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Joaquin Lauro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Bernabe Baumar took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelino Gagriel. Marcelino Gagriel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Asen Stanilov got free with Tiago Santarém in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Epifanio Abastas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Tiago Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcelino Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Aresti in the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Ramiro Aresti made a precise shot to the right of Marcelino Gagriel. Sarasa AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joaquin Lauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Epifanio Abastas notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of san lorenzo's Tiago Santarém. Tiago Santarém was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Epifanio Abastas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Tiago Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sarasa AFC's Edgard Eztebe got a free kick in the 58th minute. Joaquin Lauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Sarasa AFC's Marcelino Gagriel got control of the ball when Bernabe Baumar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 66th minute Ramiro Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sarasa AFC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Angel Rexino hit a great ball. san lorenzo made a substitution. Angel Palos replaced Ramiro Aresti. Marcelino Gagriel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Enol, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Amancio Mogel hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Marciano Enol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd match minute, san lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Orixe to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Abastas in the 86th minute of play forced san lorenzo's goalkeeper Tiago Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Sarasa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Mogel to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, san lorenzo's Marcelino Gagriel threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Angel Palos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marcelino Gagriel made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Bernabe Baumar sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the game, Amancio Mogel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarasa AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave san lorenzo the free kick. The supporters of san lorenzo booed when Sarasa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amancio Mogel didn't get a good kick on the ball. san lorenzo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
