Hermengildo Pierres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Lorien in the 20th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Paulo Lorien made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Pierres. Gondra AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 30 played minutes Gondra AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Oliverios. In the 31st minute of the match Damazy Domaradzki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermengildo Pierres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jeremias Elodio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jesus Cefero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Jeremias Elodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th match minute, Gondra AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Abadia to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes, Amanal AFC's Adriana Orlanda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hermengildo Pierres came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Amanal AFC reached it. After having played for 43 minutes, Cesar Oidor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amanal AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Oidor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Aurken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Hermengildo Pierres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquin Quintun made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Gondra AFC's zone, Cesar Oidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Pierres came out of the goal and Cesar Oidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesus Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquin Quintun in the 54th minute of play. Amanal AFC's German Bartolome got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 62 minutes, Marcial Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gondra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Montae was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Aurken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Hermengildo Pierres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
