Spectators: 4500 (Terracing: 3000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cecilio Baristo kicked off to start the match. Paulino Abeitia was a little too slow when Abel Gotzon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Urki in the 8th minute of play forced Midland's goalkeeper Simon Baristo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute KNIVES PRO FC 2008 were awarded a corner. Tomás Vergílio went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomás Vergílio made a great header on KNIVES PRO FC 2008's corner, it was just that Midland's Simon Baristo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 17th minute, Anastasio Donio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Lucjan Grajewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomás Vergílio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute, Angelo Fertus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Baristo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Baristo in the 33rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, KNIVES PRO FC 2008's Emiliano Hug got a free kick in the 35th minute. Midland's Simon Baristo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Baristo in the 38th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Abel Gotzon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Midland getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Angelo Fertus hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abel Gotzon was the one to do the kick off. Abel Gotzon struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Paulino Abeitia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Midland. Simon Baristo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Cecilio Baristo sent off a good shot on target. KNIVES PRO FC 2008's Tomás Vergílio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Simon Baristo but with some difficulty. Cecilio Baristo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Simon Baristo made a huge save. In the 64th minute, one of Midland:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Midland. In the 65th minute, the referee gave KNIVES PRO FC 2008 a penalty. Tomás Vergílio looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Simon Baristo. 70 minutes into the match, Aureliano Maties notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of KNIVES PRO FC 2008's Paulino Abeitia. Paulino Abeitia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Midland's Simon Baristo got control of the ball when Tomás Vergílio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simon Baristo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Urki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, KNIVES PRO FC 2008's Hector Urki ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simon Baristo. Simon Baristo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. Simon Baristo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Cecilio Baristo sent off a good shot on target. Hector Urki was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Hector Urki put it in 3-3 from a short distance just to the right of Simon Baristo. If Tomás Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Midland's Simon Baristo got control of the ball when Cecilio Baristo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Simon Baristo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Baristo in the 100th minute. KNIVES PRO FC 2008 were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
