The supporters of Osma booed when MORBIUS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Aballe didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Intxixu in the 37th minute of play forced Osma's goalkeeper German Gar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Gar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Derwin in the 39th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Osma's Danilo Izel tried to score from far away in the 42nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

German Gar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cornelio Intxixu, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Cláudio Caniggia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. German Gar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, MORBIUS's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Franco came free, but Raúl da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Izel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 79th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Raúl da Costa. MORBIUS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Teodoro Nofre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MORBIUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Osma the free kick. Teodoro Nofre kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, MORBIUS's Mathias Vianna got a free kick in the 84th minute. German Gar was a little too slow when Basilio Rio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 1-3.
