After some careless play in the Racedo AFC defense, Artemio Jerano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Ferrando. The Racedo AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Ferrando should have stopped the shot. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Artemio Jerano made a kick off. Orlando Daunte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Racedo AFC booed when Minería AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixten Raderecht didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Ferrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Minería AFC's Orlando Ruy got a free kick in the 91st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Minería AFC's Dorin Barbosu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauro Ferrando. That made the score 0-11 after 94 minutes of play. Mauro Ferrando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dorin Barbosu in the 98th minute. When the final whistle sounded Minería AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Racedo AFC.
