After 39 played minutes Recoleta got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Sasoin. Severino Santiago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Juan Peruxu made a huge save. In the 45th minute, Club Atletico Chupanky's Baybars Orbay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Severino Santiago made the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Sergi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Atletico Chupanky booed when Recoleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baybars Orbay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juan Peruxu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. Recoleta's Juan Peruxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Santiago in the 92nd minute of play. Juan Peruxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Francis in the 94th minute of play. In the 98th minute, Severino Santiago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Chupanky fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. There was no doubt that Club Atletico Chupanky were the better team. Club Atletico Chupanky's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
