Omar Gaxan's late challenge caught a Tipal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Gaxan helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Sefar got a freekick which was hit by Omar Gaxan. If Ramiro Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Nataniel in the 11th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Tipal's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Terciero came free, but Florentino Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Isaias Loren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tipal's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaias Loren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bonifacio Vidal made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Ramiro Maldonado sent off a good shot on target. When Herminio Montrell fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sefar's protests and gave Herminio Montrell a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sefar's Herminio Montrell got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Sefar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ramiro Maldonado fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isaias Loren was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Loren in the 51st minute of play forced Sefar's goalkeeper Bonifacio Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sefar's Bonifacio Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Maldonado in the 52nd minute of play. Florentino Iago made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ismael Terciero sent off a good shot on target. If Isaias Loren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Iago made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Omar Gaxan sent off a good shot on target. Jesus Aurken received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Florentino Iago came out and tried to block the shot, but Jesus Aurken slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 81st minute. Ismael Terciero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Florentino Iago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Aurken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jorge Nataniel charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Nataniel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sefar booed when Tipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Nataniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sefar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
