Hector Paublo hit a great ball. Emilio Valente did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Jaime Richie 65 minutes into the match. Jaime Richie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Valente in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Valente in the 77th minute of play forced Berreta's goalkeeper Jaime Richie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berreta's Jaime Richie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Berreta from getting a goal against them. In the 85th minute Emilio Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Richie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Emilio Valente kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jaime Richie. That made the score 1-4 in the 88 minute of play. Maximino Sotil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jaime Richie made a huge save. The Cuatreros FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cuatreros FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
