After 8 played minutes Cabañas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Avram Tache. When Cabañas AFC's Andres Txurio in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MONOS VERDES's goalie prevented a goal. Santiago Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Txurio in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ubaldo Betadur managed to get in a good position for a shot. MONOS VERDES's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Betadur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 24th match minute, Cabañas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Paulo Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Santiago Gabrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Txurio in the 44th minute of play. Hilario Bonifaco took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santiago Gabrio. Santiago Gabrio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Pascual Gil made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Ubaldo Betadur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Gaskon. Cabañas AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubaldo Betadur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Pascual Gil scored 3-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliciano Gaskon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Ubaldo Betadur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Gaskon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pascual Gil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabricio Benvido kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Cabañas AFC's Hilario Bonifaco couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for MONOS VERDES. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Rafe got free with Santiago Gabrio in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in MONOS VERDES's zone, Omar Beila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Gabrio came out of the goal and Omar Beila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliciano Gaskon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Betadur, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Pascual Gil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Feliciano Gaskon. Cabañas AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pascual Gil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. MONOS VERDES's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
