Benito Ixaka's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Igor Llope skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 16th minute, Celestino Gartzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manantiales fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 23 minutes into the match, Benito Ixaka notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Botija AFC's Igor Llope. Botija AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Arnoldo Policarpio scored to the left of an out of position Igor Llope, making the score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Benito Ixaka struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Igor Llope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Manantiales. In the 66th minute of the match Elias Servando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Igor Llope showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Elias Servando hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Manantiales were furious when Aquiles Chumo was red carded, 72 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Manantiales getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Aquiles Chumo hit a great ball. Andres Perez hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Policarpio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Igor Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Celestino Gartzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th match minute, Botija AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Galo to maneuver through the defense. When Feliciano Galo fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Botija AFC's protests and gave Feliciano Galo a yellow card for diving instead. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Botija AFC! Igor Llope had in the 89thth minute some difficulties stopping Celestino Gartzi's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Arnoldo Policarpio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 100th minute, Benito Ixaka managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manantiales's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Ixaka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Llope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manantiales's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
