An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Perrando in the 12th minute of play forced Nueva Chicago DC's goalkeeper Candido Ekialde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Cerveceros booed when Nueva Chicago DC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Maurino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cerveceros's Diego Valentine was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Candido Ekialde in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Raimundo Lixandro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Carolo Vachon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cerveceros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Cerveceros's Amancio Matro got a free kick in the 25th minute. With his leg Aureliano Sindo managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when Nueva Chicago DC's Gogo Tano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gogo Tano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Sindo having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Nueva Chicago DC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Iratzeder. Aureliano Sindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norberto Tomi's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The supporters of Nueva Chicago DC booed when Cerveceros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haroldo Munio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aureliano Sindo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Tomi in the 35th minute. Gogo Tano did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-1 to the left of a surprised Aureliano Sindo 43 minutes into the match. If Ubaldo Perfecto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the match, Cerveceros's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Tano came free, but Aureliano Sindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Uriel Perrando got free with Candido Ekialde in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th match minute, Nueva Chicago DC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Abadie to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Cerveceros's zone, Ubaldo Perfecto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Sindo came out of the goal and Ubaldo Perfecto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute, Gogo Tano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aureliano Sindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gogo Tano's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. The supporters of Nueva Chicago DC booed when Cerveceros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Lixandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gogo Tano in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Sindo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aureliano Sindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Tano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 91 minutes, Gogo Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Chicago DC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Tano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aureliano Sindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gogo Tano's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Gogo Tano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aureliano Sindo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Nueva Chicago DC were the better team. Nueva Chicago DC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
