In the 6th match minute, Norumbega FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Errolan to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Celestino Garci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bariloche's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Norumbega FC the free kick. After 12 played minutes Bariloche got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Garci. After a defensive mix-up in Bariloche's zone, Camilo Cruz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Esquipula came out of the goal and Camilo Cruz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerardo Esquipula took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Cuarto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Cruz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The supporters of Bariloche booed when Norumbega FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Errolan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavio Bembe missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 34 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Feliberto Virila right hand side. Norumbega FC's Petko Dangúrov suffered a sore thigh after 38 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Flavio Bembe's late challenge caught a Norumbega FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Bembe helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bariloche's Flavio Bembe got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bariloche's zone, Damaso Cuarto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Esquipula came out of the goal and Damaso Cuarto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Didi Zonta fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norumbega FC's protests and gave Didi Zonta a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Bariloche booed when Norumbega FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didi Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Marko to strike the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Bariloche's Feliberto Virila threw himself towards the right post 53 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Felipe Marko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Marco Lehoi kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Norumbega FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Victor Bodea hit a great ball. 64 minutes in the game Flavio Bembe got a great opportunity which he missed by shooting outside the goal. Matias Errolan hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Norumbega FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Errolan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Bariloche's zone, Ariel Sugoi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerardo Esquipula came out of the goal and Ariel Sugoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Feliberto Virila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Marko in the 85th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Flavio Bembe in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Norumbega FC's Camilo Cruz. If Damaso Cuarto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Norumbega FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
