Club Atletico Lujan's Israel Aguilera managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Artemio Ipar in the 18 minute of the game. In the 22nd minute, Sergiu Izvoranu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Lujan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 26 minutes, Carolo Ralondo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Splinter Mochila's Rafael Salomone tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Urban Wiklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Estefan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute of the match, Sergiu Izvoranu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Salomone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Domingos Ferrer's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Lujan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Domingos Ferrer helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th match minute, Splinter Mochila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingos Ferrer to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrigo Maraman to make the kick off. With a little luck, Club Atletico Lujan's Urban Wiklund got control of the ball when Teodosio Estefan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 56 played minutes Club Atletico Lujan got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Bihar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Maraman in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Urban Wiklund saved Club Atletico Lujan from getting behind. Domingos Ferrer kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The supporters of Club Atletico Lujan booed when Splinter Mochila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodosio Estefan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Dalmacio Rutenio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Carolo Ralondo notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Splinter Mochila's Rafael Salomone. Rafael Salomone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Club Atletico Lujan's Alfredo Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Natal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Salomone having to interfere. Sergiu Izvoranu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alfredo Natal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alfredo Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Aguilera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rafael Salomone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Lujan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
