Spectators: 6631 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1631, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Patricio Corderun took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Fabian Roland was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ranquelcó AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA ACADEMIA the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Fabian Roland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nestor Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Gabino having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Corderun in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislao Gabino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Roland got his second yellow card in the match during the 8th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 9th match minute, Ranquelcó AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Roland to maneuver through the defense. In the 13thth minute of the game Patricio Corderun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ranquelcó AFC's Ladislao Gabino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Beremundo got free with Jorge Misael in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 22 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Franco came free, but Ladislao Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patricio Corderun in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ladislao Gabino saved Ranquelcó AFC from getting behind. 30 minutes into the match, LA ACADEMIA's goalkeeper Jorge Misael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Gregory. In the 33rd minute, Nestor Gabino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA ACADEMIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Anıl Arda Sebil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ladislao Gabino came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by LA ACADEMIA's Nestor Gabino. But to his dismay, Nestor Gabino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 44th play minutes Patricio Corderun shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Ladislao Gabino and just under the crossbar into goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Beremundo in the 51st minute of play forced LA ACADEMIA's goalkeeper Jorge Misael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Franco hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Patricio Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislao Gabino acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Agustin Franco. 64 minutes into the game, Patricio Corderun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ladislao Gabino. Patricio Corderun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Nestor Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ladislao Gabino having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Ranquelcó AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anıl Arda Sebil came free, but Ladislao Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Misael took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Patricio Corderun put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ladislao Gabino. LA ACADEMIA's Agustin Franco couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ranquelcó AFC.
