In the 12th minute Americo Barrionuevo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Egoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Luzea in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Egoi saved Cardozo from getting behind. A collision led to Perro Rabioso FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Nicanor Txordon hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aureliano Luzea in the 29th minute of play forced Cardozo's goalkeeper Dante Egoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Maurino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Lertxun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Cardozo's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Luzea came free, but Dante Egoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Maurino came out of the goal and Victoriano Lertxun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Perro Rabioso FC's Santos Transito got a free kick in the 68th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Cardozo's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Luzea came free, but Dante Egoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aureliano Luzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute of the match, Cesar Tiso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aldo Maurino was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Cesar Tiso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Aldo Maurino made a huge save. When Paulino Sadurni fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perro Rabioso FC's protests and gave Paulino Sadurni a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cardozo booed when Perro Rabioso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Sadurni didn't get a good kick on the ball.
