Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mauro Dantel scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Efrain Frasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osvaldo Honrio hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rawson FC's Gustavo Gaitano got a free kick in the 8th minute. Efrain Frasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Sagrario, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Gustavo Gaitano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rawson FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chumbicha FC the free kick. After 14 played minutes Rawson FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Gaitano. Julian Martxelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Endira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chumbicha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rawson FC the free kick. In the 20th minute, Lorenzo Endira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Dario Chago sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raimundo Celio skillfully saved the ball. Aldo Oro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Celio having to interfere. Raimundo Celio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Oro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mauro Dantel came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Chumbicha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauro Dantel couldn't finish the play. In the 41st match minute, Chumbicha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Dantel to maneuver through the defense. Efrain Frasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauro Dantel in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramiro Sagrario to make the kick off. When Aldo Oro came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Rawson FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aldo Oro couldn't finish the play. Ramiro Sagrario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, Osvaldo Honrio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aldo Oro got free with Raimundo Celio in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Sagrario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Efrain Frasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Frasco having to interfere. Efrain Frasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Dantel, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Efrain Frasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Dantel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rawson FC's Efrain Frasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Dantel in the 75th minute of play. Aldo Oro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Raimundo Celio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aldo Oro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Ramiro Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efrain Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramiro Sagrario took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efrain Frasco. Efrain Frasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Ramiro Sagrario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chumbicha FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rawson FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
