After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Aquilino Valery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arroyito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Valery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenio Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Beturian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Francisco F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arroyito AFC the free kick. In the 14th minute, Aquilino Valery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aquilino Valery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Candido Baldovino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25thth minute of the game Aquilino Valery who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Francisco F.C's Eugenio Arias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lorenzo Beturian kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Eugenio Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Porfiro in the 28th minute of the match. Angel Estebe hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Eugenio Arias came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Arroyito AFC's Ruperto Aguirre. But to his dismay, Ruperto Aguirre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Pacorro made a kick off. The supporters of San Francisco F.C booed when Arroyito AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Humberto Pacorro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Clemencin was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Valery in the 55th minute of play forced San Francisco F.C's goalkeeper Eugenio Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arroyito AFC's Silvestre Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Beturian in the 56th minute of play. Silvestre Clemencin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Arroyito AFC's Silvestre Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Paskal in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Jonatan Paskal notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Arroyito AFC's Silvestre Clemencin. Silvestre Clemencin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute Humberto Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Clemencin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arroyito AFC's Silvestre Clemencin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Heli in the 70th minute of play. Candido Baldovino's late challenge caught a San Francisco F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Baldovino helped the player get up and apologised. Aquilino Valery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eugenio Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aquilino Valery in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Arias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Arroyito AFC's Aquilino Valery in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Francisco F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Eugenio Arias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquilino Valery showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 88 minute of play. Aquilino Valery blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Arias having to make a save. In the 96th minute Candido Baldovino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Arroyito AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Francisco F.C throughout the match.
