The supporters of LOS CALDITOS FC booed when Bernie Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Modesto Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Tome in the 44th minute of play forced Bernie Futbol Club's goalkeeper Guillermo Jorrin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the game, Javier Geleberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Adolfo Raebert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cornelio Tome to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Bernie Futbol Club's Jonas Ignatius got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Cornelio Tome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Guillermo Jorrin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Niclas Stranz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bernie Futbol Club's zone, Cornelio Tome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillermo Jorrin came out of the goal and Cornelio Tome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Cornelio Tome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cornelio Tome took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guillermo Jorrin. Guillermo Jorrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 87th minute Cornelio Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Jorrin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Cornelio Tome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aurelio Cheche went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Aurelio Cheche almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bernie Futbol Club's Guillermo Jorrin did a great save.
