Ladislao Ferrando hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Vinicio Ubendu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silverio Sayvion in the 41st minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Robustiano Hotz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Jacarandá's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robustiano Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robustiano Hotz was the one to do the kick off. Deportivo Zamora FC's Vinicio Ubendu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Hotz in the 53rd minute of play. In the 70th minute of the match Jorge Ekain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vinicio Ubendu skillfully saved the ball. After 74 minutes of play, Deportivo Jacarandá's Robustiano Hotz made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vinicio Ubendu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo Jacarandá's Jorge Ekain couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Deportivo Zamora FC.
