The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Crispo got free with Gavino Bermudo in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Gaston Arnas fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Milla Loncó's protests and gave Gaston Arnas a yellow card for diving instead. If Xose Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milla Loncó's Anier Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Evis in the 11th minute of play. Anier Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Licerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laureano Evis in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Rainerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xose Cabrera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xose Cabrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Rainerio having to interfere. If Xose Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Licerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 42 minutes, Laureano Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LA BANDA DEL VINO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Evis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xose Cabrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Anier Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Kiliz made a kick off. Xose Cabrera took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anier Rainerio. Anier Rainerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alberto Vergaray kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. LA BANDA DEL VINO's Gavino Bermudo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Socorro in the 60th minute of play. Anier Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Evis, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Laureano Evis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. LA BANDA DEL VINO's Xose Cabrera got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xose Cabrera in the 71st minute of play forced Milla Loncó's goalkeeper Anier Rainerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, LA BANDA DEL VINO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Evis to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Evis struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Anier Rainerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LA BANDA DEL VINO. Joaquin Montrel's late challenge caught a LA BANDA DEL VINO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquin Montrel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Joaquin Montrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, LA BANDA DEL VINO's Xose Cabrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anier Rainerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 83rd minute Melchor Crispo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Laureano Evis managed to get in a good position for a shot. LA BANDA DEL VINO's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Evis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anier Rainerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Milla Loncó's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Evis came free, but Anier Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Xose Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xose Cabrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anier Rainerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute Melchor Crispo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Bermudo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, Milla Loncó's Enrique Kiliz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Bermudo was left in no man's land by his defense there!
