Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Virgilio Quiroga took the kick off in the first half of the match. Anier Ofelio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Bartolo Vela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Calfucurá FC's Celestino Isaio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Celestino Isaio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Calfucurá FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Celestino Isaio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 17th minute, one of Calfucurá FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Calfucurá FC. Nereo Lertxun walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 24 minutes into the match, Anier Ofelio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bartolo Vela, 1-0. Rosendo Stanislao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Gaitan in the 27th minute of the match. Serafino Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Calfucurá FC's Anier Ofelio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bartolo Vela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Anier Ofelio struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Bartolo Vela didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calfucurá FC. Anier Ofelio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iker Gaitan was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Racing Club getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nereo Lertxun hit a great ball. After 58 played minutes Iker Gaitan rounded Calfucurá FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 62nd minute, Iker Gaitan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Racing Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Pabla during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Camilo Pabla hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Rosendo Stanislao was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Nereo Lertxun. Bartolo Vela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Ofelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Anier Ofelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Anier Ofelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bartolo Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Ofelio in the 76th minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Calfucurá FC's Anier Ofelio made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartolo Vela was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anier Ofelio in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Vela prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calfucurá FC's Rosendo Stanislao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Gaitan in the 86th minute of play. After having played for 87 minutes, Iker Gaitan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Gaitan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Pabla hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Iker Gaitan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rosendo Stanislao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
