Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Virgilio Quiroga made the kick off and thus started the match. Calfucurá FC's Rosendo Stanislao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Ferdinand in the 3rd minute of play. Osvaldo Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Stanislao having to interfere. When Anier Ofelio came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Calfucurá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anier Ofelio couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute Claudio Ferdinand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Stanislao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Claudio Ferdinand ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rosendo Stanislao was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Claudio Ferdinand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Juventud Antoniana's Osvaldo Tauro made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Stanislao was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Osvaldo Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Virgilio Quiroga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Michael Scofield charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michael Scofield the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With his leg Rosendo Stanislao managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Juventud Antoniana's Claudio Ferdinand fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evaristo Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosendo Stanislao having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Claudio Ferdinand managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juventud Antoniana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudio Ferdinand was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evaristo Fernado struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Rosendo Stanislao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventud Antoniana. In the 70th minute, Claudio Ferdinand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Nereo Sal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Juventud Antoniana's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Quiroga came free, but Faruk Keykubad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faruk Keykubad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Quiroga in the 76th minute of the match. Claudio Ferdinand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Rosendo Stanislao made a huge save. With a little luck, Calfucurá FC's Rosendo Stanislao got control of the ball when Claudio Ferdinand tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juventud Antoniana's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
