In the 26th minute PIBES DEL CLUB were awarded a corner. Octavio Urbez went to the cornerflag to take it. After 28 minutes, Jeronimo Oriol mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huayatayoc and the PIBES DEL CLUB players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Huayatayoc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PIBES DEL CLUB:s goal. The referee gave PIBES DEL CLUB a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Octavio Urbez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Huayatayoc's Ismael Incendio. 0-1. Ismael Incendio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Banegas, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Rigoberto Abaurre kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. If Mario Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriana Seguinus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adriana Seguinus to make the kick off. Saturnino Artizar charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saturnino Artizar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to PIBES DEL CLUB getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Saturnino Artizar hit a great ball. When Miguel Boni fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huayatayoc's protests and gave Miguel Boni a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Boni hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Amador Fonda struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Ismael Incendio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PIBES DEL CLUB. Casimiro Jakobe's late challenge caught a Huayatayoc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimiro Jakobe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th minute, Martin Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Incendio made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Adriana Seguinus sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of PIBES DEL CLUB booed when Huayatayoc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abelardo Chago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael Incendio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriana Seguinus in the 90th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Bidun in the 95th minute of play forced PIBES DEL CLUB's goalkeeper Carlos Lizardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Lizardi having to interfere. When the match was over PIBES DEL CLUB could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Huayatayoc throughout the match.
