With an all-out effort, C.A.NACION MDP's Amado Arlo threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastián Rambert, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. João Netto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Santo in the 11th minute of play. Sebastián Rambert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amado Arlo came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastián Rambert slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Macia in the 18th minute of play forced Penca FC's goalkeeper Amado Arlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Benigno Macia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amado Arlo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute Benigno Macia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Arlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Oier in the 24th minute of play forced Penca FC's goalkeeper Amado Arlo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Penca FC's Amado Arlo got control of the ball when Alejo Haimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute of the match, Augusto Oier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Amado Arlo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Penca FC's players were relieved. Amado Arlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Oier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Bidari got free with Amado Arlo in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sebastián Rambert kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 49 minutes into the game, C.A.NACION MDP's Alejo Haimar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amado Arlo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benigno Santo made a kick off. João Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Gelmiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Amado Arlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Oier in the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Penca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Artal to maneuver through the defense. Amado Arlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benigno Macia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Igor Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Augusto Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Arlo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amado Arlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Haimar in the 65th minute of the match. If Benigno Macia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Penca FC's goalkeeper Amado Arlo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, C.A.NACION MDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Malewicz to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Macia might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Arlo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benigno Macia ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the Penca FC defense, Alejo Haimar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amado Arlo. The Penca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amado Arlo should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Penca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Bidari came free, but Amado Arlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, C.A.NACION MDP's Augusto Oier made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amado Arlo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Benigno Santo took a quick shot and it went in 7-2 without a chance for João Netto to make any attempt to save it. Alejo Haimar took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amado Arlo. Amado Arlo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-2. Amado Arlo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Oier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
