Spectators: 7214 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Munio Griego got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Soconcho's goalkeeper Everardo Hartz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Munio Griego. When Andres Errando came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Paikín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andres Errando couldn't finish the play. Munio Griego did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Everardo Hartz 12 minutes into the match. Andres Errando came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Everardo Hartz could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Munio Griego's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Hartz was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18th minute, Ricardo Levitin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Everardo Hartz, passed just outside the right post. In the 25thth minute of the game Munio Griego who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soconcho's Everardo Hartz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ricardo Levitin came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Paikín fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Levitin couldn't finish the play. Paikín's Munio Griego got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristo Libertad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Millano in the 31st minute of play. Soconcho's Everardo Hartz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Soconcho from getting a goal against them. If Andres Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Munio Griego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Hartz having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roque Enol to make the kick off. Eliseo Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Libertad having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Munio Griego put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Everardo Hartz. Marco Eliu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Soconcho's Lorenzo Alfonso got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th match minute, Soconcho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Alfonso to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Munio Griego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Andres Errando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everardo Hartz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Errando in the 82nd minute of play. Everardo Hartz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Munio Griego's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. If Andres Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Munio Griego cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Everardo Hartz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Munio Griego in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Hartz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd minute Andres Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Munio Griego sped through Soconcho's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Everardo Hartz. When the referee ended the match the Paikín players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
