Granateam's Benedicto Milio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Colas in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Mariano Domiku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With 22 minutes on the clock, Evelio Lucado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Granateam:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Iraizoz:s goal. Leandro Urki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Milio having to interfere. After some careless play in the Granateam defense, Nunez Colas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benedicto Milio. The Granateam fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benedicto Milio should have stopped the shot. Benedicto Milio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Nunez Colas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Iraizoz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Benedicto Milio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Txeru in the 39th minute of play. When Roque Gabino came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Granateam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Gabino couldn't finish the play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leandro Urki made a kick off. The supporters of Iraizoz booed when Granateam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Erruki didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Granateam's goalkeeper Benedicto Milio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leandro Urki. Roque Gabino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Joel Eguerdi notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Iraizoz's Simon Eyague. Simon Eyague was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Urki got free with Benedicto Milio in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benedicto Milio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benedicto Milio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nunez Colas went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. Benedicto Milio made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Leandro Urki sent off a good shot on target. Nunez Colas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Benedicto Milio made a huge save. Leandro Urki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Milio having to make a save. With a little luck, Granateam's Benedicto Milio got control of the ball when Leandro Urki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Clodoveo Iraitz charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Clodoveo Iraitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Clodoveo Iraitz hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Leandro Urki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Benedicto Milio made a huge save. 93 minutes into the game, Nunez Colas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benedicto Milio. In the 98th minute of the match Iraizoz got a corner. Granateam's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nunez Colas ran over to the corner to take the kick.
