Carmelo Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6thth minute of the game Hermengildo Demario who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Beagle Sporting's Carmelo Pancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Celedonio Quilo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel Rito showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. After having played for 13 minutes, Hermengildo Demario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vanhelstein FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Demario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miguel Rito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Celedonio Quilo made a huge save. Hermengildo Demario took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carmelo Pancho. Carmelo Pancho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the game, Hermengildo Demario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Carmelo Pancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Diego Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vanhelstein FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Pancho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th match minute, Beagle Sporting was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Donzel to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the game, Honorato Oier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Beagle Sporting's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanhelstein FC the free kick. 1-3 became the score in the 39th minute when Hermengildo Demario elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Americo Haritz during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Beagle Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Americo Haritz. Miguel Rito hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. A collision led to Beagle Sporting getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Ubaldo Baristo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Beagle Sporting's zone, Pedro Licerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Pancho came out of the goal and Pedro Licerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Diego Ramos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Carmelo Pancho made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Beagle Sporting's zone, Hermengildo Demario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Pancho came out of the goal and Hermengildo Demario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Ramos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carmelo Pancho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. If Pedro Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Hermengildo Demario fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jonas Normando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Beagle Sporting defense, Hermengildo Demario kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carmelo Pancho. The Beagle Sporting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carmelo Pancho should have stopped the shot. Diego Ramos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermengildo Demario in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Pancho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the game, Vanhelstein FC's Hermengildo Demario nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carmelo Pancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. In the 92nd play minute Hermengildo Demario came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Carmelo Pancho. 1-6. After 99 played minutes Beagle Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Oier. Hermengildo Demario's late challenge caught a Beagle Sporting's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hermengildo Demario helped the player get up and apologised. After 100 played minutes Vanhelstein FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Demario. Vanhelstein FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
