After having played for 13 minutes, Ted Östman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pintor a domicilio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Östman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caspinchango's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pintor a domicilio the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Caspinchango:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pintor a domicilio:s goal. The goalkeeper, Amador Chepe, was totally fooled by Pintor a domicilio's Fernando Odon, who 19 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After a defensive mix-up in Caspinchango's zone, Ted Östman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Chepe came out of the goal and Ted Östman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ted Östman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Amador Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eriberto Etxepare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Wilfredo Txerran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Anier Senio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The crowd rose to their feet as Pintor a domicilio's Ted Östman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amador Chepe. That made the score 2-1 after 31 minutes of play. Eriberto Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Chepe having to interfere. Amador Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placido Eladio in the 40th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marco Goyo was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ted Östman in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amador Chepe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amador Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Östman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Etxepare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Amador Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ted Östman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Chepe having to interfere. Eriberto Etxepare's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amador Chepe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Caspinchango's Amador Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Etxepare in the 78th minute of play. Eriberto Etxepare struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Amador Chepe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pintor a domicilio. The Pintor a domicilio fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Pintor a domicilio's Ted Östman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 83 played minutes Caspinchango got a freekick which was hit by Marco Goyo. Ted Östman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute.
