Spectators: 6641 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 0) Stephan Gheysen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Zacarias Jatsu came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by POMELO F.C.'s Stephan Gheysen. But to his dismay, Stephan Gheysen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Silvio Phelipe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zacarias Jatsu. Morse AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Stephan Gheysen struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Zacarias Jatsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POMELO F.C.. In the 13th minute, Amadeo Dino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The POMELO F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Eriberto Bero struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Carolo Cordeara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morse AFC. In the 21st minute, Stephan Gheysen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Jatsu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stephan Gheysen in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Jatsu saved Morse AFC from getting behind. In the 28th minute of the match Silvio Phelipe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zacarias Jatsu skillfully saved the ball. Zacarias Jatsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stephan Gheysen, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Morse AFC's Pascual Peru got a free kick in the 30th minute. 41 minutes into the match, POMELO F.C.'s Stephan Gheysen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zacarias Jatsu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eusebio Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 44 minutes, Stephan Gheysen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. POMELO F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephan Gheysen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Jacobo Bernabel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morse AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave POMELO F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Morse AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jacobo Bernabel hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stephan Gheysen in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Jatsu saved Morse AFC from getting behind. The supporters of POMELO F.C. booed when Morse AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Salomone didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half POMELO F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Björn Bryngelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephan Gheysen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zacarias Jatsu came out and tried to block the shot, but Stephan Gheysen slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 57th minute. Stephan Gheysen had several of the Morse AFC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 60 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Zacarias Jatsu as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Stephan Gheysen put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Jatsu. Amadeo Dino struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Zacarias Jatsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POMELO F.C.. Stephan Gheysen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zacarias Jatsu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Amadeo Dino might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zacarias Jatsu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeo Dino ran back to his position shaking his head. POMELO F.C.'s Cornelio Cesaro was substituted for Stephan Gheysen. Morse AFC's Jacobo Bernabel got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Jacobo Bernabel off the ground. Zacarias Jatsu came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by POMELO F.C.'s Cornelio Cesaro. But to his dismay, Cornelio Cesaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Cornelio Cesaros short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Zacarias Jatsu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eusebio Jakes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Mariano Veronica fired a really elegant long shot, but Zacarias Jatsu threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cornelio Cesaro in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Jatsu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zacarias Jatsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Jakes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes in the game Pascual Peru did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Arturo Patxi. After 93 played minutes Morse AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Weterio. With a little luck, Morse AFC's Zacarias Jatsu got control of the ball when Cornelio Cesaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zacarias Jatsu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amadeo Dino went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. POMELO F.C. played a much better game than Morse AFC and deserved their victory. The Morse AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
