Tumbaya's Pedro Peruanton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Omar Eliu in the 12th minute of play. If Reynaldo Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Peruanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Eliu in the 26th minute of play. Prudencio Abella kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Carmelo Francesco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Peruanton. Tumbaya's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 35th minute, Tumbaya's Saverio Cristofol dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Matias Inguma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Urko having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ninuyus Futbol Club's Guaberto Sol got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Feliciano Peruanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Urko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Eliu in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Peruanton saved Tumbaya from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Saverio Cristofol notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ninuyus Futbol Club's Rodolfo Urko. Rodolfo Urko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Saverio Cristofol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Urko was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. 69 minutes into the game, Primitivo Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
