Spectators: 7120 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Teodosio Tavio started the match with the kick off. Cesar Jerico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Erdiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Cesar Jerico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Moise, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafino Baristo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match Matias Blasi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cesar Jerico skillfully saved the ball. Cesar Jerico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damaso Gombal in the 14th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Abel Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Jerico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesar Jerico came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Candioti AFC's Placido Moise. But to his dismay, Placido Moise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes into the match, Placido Moise notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Mascasín FC's Cesar Jerico. Cesar Jerico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel Bertran in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cesar Jerico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39th minute Teodosio Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Aznar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes, Santiago Cordeara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Candioti AFC and the Mascasín FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santiago Cordeara hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Abel Bertran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mascasín FC's Cesar Jerico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abel Bertran made a kick off. Damaso Gombal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cesar Jerico came out and tried to block the shot, but Damaso Gombal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 51st minute. Teodosio Tavio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Tavio in the 57th minute of play forced Candioti AFC's goalkeeper Cecilio Aznar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Teodosio Tavio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mascasín FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Candioti AFC's Guillermo Calisto was substituted for Damaso Gombal. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Roman Inge took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Cesar Jerico to make any attempt to save it. Candioti AFC made a substitution. Laureano Gorbea replaced Abel Bertran. Santiago Cordeara got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 81st minute, Santiago Cordeara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mascasín FC's Teodosio Tavio in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Candioti AFC's Cecilio Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Arano in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Candioti AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Erdiano to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th match minute, Mascasín FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amado Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. Candioti AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
