After 2 played minutes chivilcoy got a freekick which was hit by Diego Quintun. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Esperanza AFC's goalkeeper Dario Hurko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, chivilcoy's Epifanio Chepe got control of the ball when Remigio Fernendo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samuel Elequemedo's late challenge caught a Esperanza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuel Elequemedo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Esperanza AFC booed when chivilcoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Elequemedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in chivilcoy's zone, Remigio Fernendo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Chepe came out of the goal and Remigio Fernendo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th play minute Edelmiro Eduino came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Epifanio Chepe. 2-0. Joel Rocio's late challenge caught a Esperanza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Rocio helped the player get up and apologised. Joel Rocio kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Esperanza AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Ledesma came free, but Dario Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermengildo Chap fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dario Hurko having to interfere. chivilcoy's Epifanio Chepe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save chivilcoy from getting a goal against them. Remigio Fernendos short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Epifanio Chepe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 35 played minutes Esperanza AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Txindoki. The supporters of Esperanza AFC booed when chivilcoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elvio Timo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, Esteban Ordono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remigio Fernendo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Dolfo's late challenge caught a Esperanza AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Dolfo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to chivilcoy getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Hermengildo Chap hit a great ball. Epifanio Chepe acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Victorino Otsoko. Remigio Fernendo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Epifanio Chepe made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigio Fernendo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Chepe came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Esperanza AFC's Remigio Fernendo. But to his dismay, Remigio Fernendo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 56th minute, Braulio Shepherd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. chivilcoy's Epifanio Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Fernendo in the 59th minute of play. Arturo Gaufred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 played minutes Esperanza AFC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Fernendo. Dario Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Chap in the 92nd minute of play. There was no doubt that Esperanza AFC were the better team. Esperanza AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
