Spectators: 6370 (Terracing: 5200, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 70) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomás Maldonado got the match started through his kick off. La Guardia Imperial's Aaron Olayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Maldonado in the 7th minute of play. Elpidio Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th match minute, La Guardia Imperial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elpidio Torres to maneuver through the defense. After 12 played minutes LyoNs! got a freekick which was hit by Panagiotis Kyriazis. David Ruisko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Selmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Edgard Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ruisko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Ruisko was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Edgard Suarez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edgard Suarez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Aaron Olayo came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by LyoNs!'s Tomás Maldonado. But to his dismay, Tomás Maldonado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Maldonado in the 30th minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Aaron Olayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Suarez in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Ruisko saved LyoNs! from getting behind. With a little luck, LyoNs!'s David Ruisko got control of the ball when Edgard Suarez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as La Guardia Imperial's Edgard Suarez slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Ruisko. That made the score 3-1 after 36 minutes of play. In the 41st minute Edgard Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ruisko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Ramiro Selmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, Edgard Suarez recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Ruisko. Edgard Suarez showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The LyoNs! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Aaron Olayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 董崇真, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. La Guardia Imperial's Elpidio Torres got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Elpidio Torres off the ground. In the 74th minute, one of La Guardia Imperial:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Guardia Imperial. When the match had been going on for 76 minutes, LyoNs!'s 董崇真 got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Aaron Olayo. After a rather tough play, LyoNs!'s Panagiotis Kyriazis got a free kick in the 80th minute. After having played for 83 minutes, Bonifacio Isauro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Guardia Imperial's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Isauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Ruisko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Selmo in the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, LyoNs!'s Anastasio Mon got a free kick in the 87th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. La Guardia Imperial had played much better football throughout.
