Jinetes de Acero FC's Joaquin Refugio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Maldonado in the 12th minute of play. A collision led to Jinetes de Acero FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Melquiades Honrio hit a great ball. David Ruisko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Pierres, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 18th match minute, LyoNs! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 董崇真 to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Geronimo Cordarell took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for David Ruisko to make any attempt to save it. Honorio Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 董崇真 was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Maldonado in the 27th minute of play forced Jinetes de Acero FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Refugio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Anastasio Mon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LyoNs! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 31 minutes into the match, LyoNs!'s goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Cordarell came free, but David Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Geronimo Cordarell recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of David Ruisko. Geronimo Cordarell showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After 35 played minutes LyoNs! got a freekick which was hit by Romulo Mederi. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Cordarell was the one to do the kick off. LyoNs!'s David Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Marin in the 58th minute of play. Geronimo Cordarell took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Ruisko. David Ruisko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 68 minutes into the match, Jinetes de Acero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Oryl came free, but Joaquin Refugio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute 董崇真 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Refugio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasio Mon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Joaquin Refugio made a huge save. After 77 minutes of play, LyoNs!'s Tomás Maldonado made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Refugio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 董崇真 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Refugio having to interfere.
